COTTESMORE GARDENS

Undertaken for Conrad Black and formerly the resident of one of the DHL founders, this project encompassed the joining of two existing residences and completely replacing the existing services, together with providing comfort cooling throughout.  This project proved particularly difficult due to bankruptcy of at least two of the Main Contractors; however, this was not due to eithers involvement with this project.
