The aspirations of Jody Scheckter, as you will know a former Ferrari Formula One World Champion, led to our involvement in designing and overseeing the building engineering services in the manor House refurbishment which encompassed the addition of an indoor pool, squash and tennis court and extensively re-modelled residential accommodation which has since been expanded to encompass a farsighted organic farm and to him spearheading the expansion of organic cooking and the use of naturally grown produce.
